One of the things that keeps me permanently eczema free is doing a colon cleanse. I do a colon cleanse at least once or twice a year.
Every time I follow one, I am amazed at the waste that is thrown out (and I won’t go into too much detail here). I also feel more energetic and alive than before. Now I use a proprietary herbal solution because I find it more efficient and I can see the mucoid plaque when it is expelled.
When I suffered from severe eczema, I remember doing my first colon cleanse. After a couple of days, I passed a piece of mucoid plaque about 17 feet long. Yuck!
If you really want to get rid of your eczema, I suggest you do so. What should happen during your colon cleansing is that a thin film of mucus that adheres to the walls of your intestines is dislodged and released from your body.
This mucus film can only develop if the food you eat is insufficient and your body’s health begins to deteriorate. In other words, if you are totally healthy, if your body is in optimal condition, your body will not produce any mucoid plaque.
Mucoid plaque build-up develops because you continually subject your body to drugs, asprin, alcohol, salt, heavy metals, dental mercury, toxic chemicals, red meat parasites, harmful microbes, and other toxic chemicals.
Once this mucoid plaque adheres, it wanders, growing in thickness and depth. The intestines will not clear it on their own. This material can and does hold for decades by becoming firmer, thicker, and more spread out. Old stool also sticks to plaque and cannot be passed during normal bowel movements.
This chemical cocktail drastically slows down intestinal action which is both the excretion of waste and the absorption of nutrients. It harbors bacteria and parasites and blocks the normal outflow of mucin and lymphatic drainage. Eventually, this plaque-ridden environment is perfect for the growth of cancer and other long-term diseases. Your eczema is just an early warning. It has to go away, as over time your immunity is compromised and you begin to suffer from increased ill health.
