Kamasutra is one of the oldest love manuals of the Indian civilization that describes a wide variety of lovemaking postures. It is both spiritual and complicated, extolling the sensual delights of music, poetry, and perfume. Kamasutra positions have gained popularity all over the world. It is one of the most reputable books on making love. Most of the erotic postures of the Kamasutra are carved on the walls of many famous Indian temples. Some of these positions are –
Open position (Utfullaka) is the position in which the woman lying on her back lowers the upper half of her body and lifts her hips back. In it, the entrance to the vagina is stretched wide. She places a pillow under her back.
In the nail-fixing posture (shaulahitaka), the woman unites by keeping one of her legs above her head and the other stretched out, and then she lifts the other one, and stretches the other one and continues to do so alternately.
The crab posture (Karkata) is a complex position in which the woman keeps one of her legs above her head and the other stretched out, and then raises the other one and stretches the other one and continues doing it alternately.
In the yawning position (Vijrimbhitaka), the woman lifts her thighs and keeps them apart and apart. The pressure stance (piditaka) is the stance in which both partners start in an embracing position and then press hard on each other’s thighs.
In the United Congress (Sanghatak) posture, a man enjoys two women simultaneously, while in the Cowherd (Gauyuthka) Congress posture, a man enjoys several women at the same time.
In the Twinning Position (Veshtika) the woman joins the man in the embrace position and places her left thigh over her right to further contract her vagina. In the Mare Position (Vadavak), the woman firmly holds her partner’s penis in her vagina.
In Supported Congress (Sthirrata), both partners lean against a wall or pillar against each other and engage in sexual intercourse. In the Congress posture of a cow (Shenuka), the woman gets on all fours like a cow, and the men mount her from behind her like a bull.
In the Bamboo Parting (Venudaritaka) posture, the woman places one of her legs on her partner’s shoulder, keeping the other stretched out. In the Lotus Posture (Padamasan), the woman’s right foot is on her left thigh and her left foot is on her right thigh.
