Hello Hawaii, let’s celebrate and party for our youth and bring the beach and partying right to your doorstep! Here’s an idea for a fun-filled afternoon. Be sure to reserve a spot for the adults in each activity area and set up two chairs. Supervision is key to the success of a fun-filled afternoon, and what parent doesn’t want to be in on that? There will be three main hubs of activities and this is not some let’s save a pack type of party. This is a party where we do our best, keeping our friendly relations with all the kids in the neighborhood… So relax and enjoy reading this as the real work begins once the actual preparation begins.
The fun in the sun starts with a few invitations sent out a month before the big party. This is where one can of course buy invitations to save time and energy or just make some simple ones with the help of their own children. Kids usually like to help out and that takes a load off their shoulders when it comes time for the big day in which they feel like they were involved.
Three main areas in the back or front yard, preferably a fenced area, will start the summer off on the right foot. An area for a sizable inflatable pool for water activities. Make sure you have a couple of chairs placed directly next to it for proper supervision. The second area contains the $300.00 Inflatable Bouncer that is available at ToysRUs. Since the resale value is so great, it’s actually cheaper and easier than renting one now. The third and final area is for anyone interested in Limbo! Of course, there will be a table set with fresh pineapple juice and Hawaiian music, along with Hawaiian pizza. Pineapple and Ham of course with extra cheese.
There are plenty of games to play and be sure to add some party favors so the kids have a memory to take home with them. Hawaiian leis work great and lots of photos. Be sure to ask the parents for their email address and this will be a great way to send those memories to each family.
Here’s to a happy and safe summer! Hello!
